Character: Slightly bitter undertones balance top notes of stone fruit and green apple. Exceptionally fruity and finishes with hint of pepper.
Use: Though great for dipping and drizzling, this mellow oil won't overpower other flavors in homemade mayo or vinaigrettes and is also great for baking!
