Butternut Squash Oil
Produced from the seeds of squash grown in upstate NY that are gently roasted and expeller pressed. This oil is lightly filtered and has a smoke point suitable for sautéing and stir-frying.
Character: An incredibly nutty and intensely fresh flavor!
Use: This unforgettable oil is one of our favorites and is delicious when used on roasted Brussels sprouts, grilled asparagus or wilted spinach. Works well with meats and seafood or when paired with our Chocolate, Raspberry or Fig Vinegar and drizzled on salads. Use to finish your favorite soups or pour over vanilla ice-cream and sprinkle with crushed pistachio nuts. A great dipping oil!
