Pumpkin Seed Oil
Produced from the seeds of pumpkins grown in upstate NY that are gently roasted and expeller pressed. This oil is lightly filtered and has a low smoke point, so avoid high heat and use for finishing and flavoring your favorite dishes.
Character: Hints of mushroom, sesame and pistachio.
Use: This toasty delight is fantastic drizzled over fish, pasta, leafy greens, roasted vegetables and crostini, or when used as a substitute for butter in pancakes or to finish your favorite soups!
