Oh how will I use this... let me count the ways...
Character: Deep, rich, gorgeous chocolate goodness with a fair amount of acidity. Several varieties of dark chocolate are used to make this beautifully thick and complex Balsamic.
Use: Pair with our Blood Orange Olive Oil and you’ve got one rockin’ combination on your hands. Mix with our Coconut Vinegar for one of my favorite combinations over vanilla gelato. Or, simply macerate fresh berries for a simple, yet decadent dessert. Try adding a touch to your Mole sauce to give it a little pizazz!
