Fig Vinegar
This all natural 12-year balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy is infused with fresh fig puree. Character: It is quite dense with a beautifully rich flavor, yet exhibits the perfect balance of delicate sweetness and tartness. Use: Tremendous as a glaze for both duck breast or figs stuffed with Gorgonzola and wrapped in prosciutto. Or, simply drizzle on cantaloupe wrapped with prosciutto or on Caprese salad. A must sprinkled over any goat cheese or combined with our Blood Orange or Lemon Olive Oils.
